SMS Program Terms & Conditions

These terms govern the East Peak Advisors SMS Program (the "Program") operated by East Peak Advisors, LLC ("East Peak Advisors," "we," "us," or "our"). By opting in to the Program you agree to these terms.
Program description
The Program is a personal-assistant messaging program operated by East Peak Advisors for clients, prospects, partners, and other professional contacts of the firm and its principal, Stuart Watson. Messages may be sent and received on Stuart's behalf by his AI assistant ("Tammy"), as disclosed in our Privacy Policy.
Message types include:
- Meeting confirmations, reminders, and reschedule requests
- Follow-ups on inquiries received via email, LinkedIn, or phone
- Delivery of links to documents and calendar invites
- Conversational replies to questions you send us
The Program is conversational in character. We do not use it for unsolicited promotional messaging or marketing campaigns.
Who can opt in
The Program is intended for individuals who already have an established business or professional relationship with East Peak Advisors or Stuart Watson. We do not enroll people who haven't given affirmative consent, and we do not use third-party contact lists.
How to opt in
You opt in by giving Stuart your phone number during a direct communication (phone, email, video call, or in person) and agreeing, at the time, to receive text-message communications from East Peak Advisors as part of the ongoing relationship. After you've opted in, you'll receive a confirmation message and you'll be enrolled in the Program.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on the work in progress between us. In a typical month, opted-in contacts receive fewer than 10 messages from the Program.
Cost
Msg & data rates may apply. East Peak Advisors does not charge for messages, but your wireless carrier may charge you to send or receive SMS based on your mobile plan. Check with your carrier if you're unsure.
The Program operates on US wireless carrier networks. Messaging support outside the United States is not guaranteed.
How to get help
For help with the Program, reply HELP to any message from us, or email [email protected]. We'll respond as soon as we're able.
How to opt out
You can opt out of the Program at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After replying STOP you'll receive a single confirmation message and no further messages from the Program. If you decide later to resume, let Stuart know in a direct communication and we'll re-enroll you.
You can also opt out by emailing [email protected]. We honor opt-out requests immediately and permanently unless you ask to be re-enrolled.
Carrier disclaimer
Wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Service availability depends on the carrier's network and is not guaranteed.
Privacy
Information collected through the Program is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Read it for details on what's collected, who it's shared with, and your rights regarding your data. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, affiliates, or partners. No mobile information collected by the Program is shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "Effective date" above and, where appropriate, communicated to opted-in contacts.
